We are so excited you've decided to try out Willow's Groomer — our team can't wait to meet you! Here's everything you can do before your first appointment to make check-in a little shorter and a lot smoother.
Before You Arrive.
A few small things you can knock out ahead of time to make your check-in quick and easy.
Proof of Vaccines
Before our team can start working on your furry baby, we need to see the due date for the Rabies vaccine. Unfortunately, the Rabies tag alone isn't enough — it doesn't show the month and day it's next due. Bring a hard copy showing the next due date, or send it to our email ahead of time.

Grooming is a very personal process, and we like to know as much about your dog as we can. This form covers that, plus gives you details on a few of our policies. Fill it out before your appointment, email it back to us, or print it and bring it to your first visit.

We love seeing clients with an idea of what they'd like their pet to look like. Sometimes we have to modify a photo to fit your dog's coat, but we'll do our best to get it just right. Bring photos or ideas — or let us have a bit of a creative session with you at check-in!
When You Arrive.
The big day has come — you're pulling into our parking lot! Here's what to know before you jump out of the car.
Keep A Leash On It
Our shop is located on a busy street. We highly recommend using a leash and making sure you have full control over your dog before you exit the car. It's also a great moment to double-check that your dog's collar or harness still fits right.
Take A Quick Potty Break
Dogs have more fun with us when they don't have to potty! Arrive a little early and take your dog for a bathroom break before check-in — having to go during a spa day isn't fun for anyone, and we'd rather not pause the party for it.
Heading Inside & Check-In
Once your pet has gone potty, it's time to head inside! Juliana, our receptionist, will greet you with a warm welcome and start your check-in. First, we'll confirm a good phone number for pickup — saving our number in your phone makes that call even easier.
Juliana will then confirm your services and go over what's included — a great time to check out our add-ons! We'll also confirm your Rabies vaccine due date is on file and that your Enrollment Form has been completed. Once everything is confirmed, your groomer will come up front for a one-on-one consultation about your dog's haircut.
