Cats need a different kind of care than dogs — calmer, quieter, and on their own timeline. Here's exactly what to expect before, during, and while your cat is in our dedicated Cat Grooming Suite.
Cats need a different kind of handling than dogs — calmer voices, slower movements, and a quiet, dedicated space away from barking. That's exactly what our Cat Grooming Suite is built for. Here's how to make your cat's first visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Everything you need to know, from the moment you book to the moment you pick your cat up.
Proof of vaccines: before we can start grooming, we need to see proof of up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines. Bring a hard copy or send it to our email ahead of time.
Cat Grooming Enrollment Form: this helps us get to know your cat and covers a few of our shop policies. Fill it out ahead of time, email it back, or print it and bring it with you.
Getting a haircut? bring photos or ideas of what you'd like for your cat — we'll help find the best look for their coat.
Download Cat Enrollment FormA secure cat carrier is the safest way to bring your cat inside — if you don't have one, a pillowcase can work for the short trip, just keep your cat calm and contained.
Once inside, Julianna, our receptionist, will greet you and start check-in — confirming a good phone number for pickup, going over your services and any add-ons, and confirming your vaccine dates and Enrollment Form are on file. From there, your groomer Ashley comes up front for a one-on-one consultation about your cat's visit.
Most appointments take about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the service. If you've only booked a mani-pedi, you're welcome to wait in our retail area instead of leaving.
Ashley will give you a pickup update when your cat is ready, and you're always welcome to call or text for a status check anytime during the visit.
We can't wait to meet you and your cat. Give us a call and let's get your first appointment on the books.
