With professional care and your cat's comfort as our priority, we focus on creating a grooming experience that feels as safe, peaceful, and stress-conscious as possible.

Everything you need to know, from the moment you book to the moment you pick your cat up.
Before You Arrive
Proof of vaccines: before we can start grooming, we need to see proof of up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines. Bring a hard copy or send it to our email ahead of time.
Cat Grooming Enrollment Form: this helps us get to know your cat and covers a few of our shop policies. Fill it out ahead of time, email it back, or print it and bring it with you.
Getting a haircut? bring photos or ideas of what you'd like for your cat — we'll help find the best look for their coat.

A secure cat carrier is the safest way to bring your cat inside — if you don't have one, a pillowcase can work for the short trip, just keep your cat calm and contained.
Once you arrive, a member of our front desk team will welcome you, review your appointment details, and help make the check-in process as smooth as possible — confirming a good phone number for pickup, going over your services and any add-ons, and confirming your vaccine dates and Enrollment Form are on file. From there, your cat groomer comes up front for a one-on-one consultation about your cat's visit.
While Your Cat Is Here
Most appointments take about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the service. If you've only booked a mani-pedi, you're welcome to wait in our retail area instead of leaving.
Your groomer will provide an estimated pick-up time and our team will keep you updated throughout the process when needed. You're always welcome to call or text for a status check anytime during the visit.
